The eero diagnostic application is not designed to collect sensitive information. MYWIFIEXT EXTENDER technicians may need clients to authorise remote access support. Clients that authorise remote access support give technicians permission to take control of their computer/system. This allows eero technicians to diagnose and correct problems remotely. eero technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on user computers and/or networks.
